I am a board-certified Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). My clinical experience previously included work in community mental health, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and school-based mental health programs, where I supported individuals from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of mental health concerns.
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, co-parenting difficulties, and communication concerns. I also support individuals who have experienced emotional, physical, or relational abuse and are seeking healing, greater self-worth, and healthier relationship patterns.
I have a particular interest in women’s mental health, including postpartum adjustment, PMDD, body image concerns, and the challenges of navigating societal and cultural expectations that impact identity, as well as balancing multiple roles such as career, motherhood, partnership, and family responsibilities.
In my work with couples, I help partners foster open communication, rebuild emotional intimacy, and develop tools for healthier conflict resolution.
My approach integrates client-centered, family systems, solution-focused, and narrative therapies. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
